through support, advocacy and education based on the expressed needs of persons effected by brain injury

Get Involved

You have more power to make a difference than you think, especially when it comes to creating positive change for the 200,000 Michigan residents living with brain injury. And it doesn’t have to take a huge time commitment. Here are a few options of how you can make a difference:

Donate

Through your donation, the Association will continue its work to ensure that people affected by brain injury have access to dedicated advocates and needed services. Your commitment will support our efforts to provide essential services and supports throughout. The Brain Injury Association of Idaho has a variety of ways for you to get involved: gifts, donations, sponsorships and financial planning.

Sponsor

Sponsors make it possible for us to get valuable information in the hands of those who need it most, while at the same time promoting their own services and showing their commitment to helping people affected by brain injury. Contact the Association office for more information.

Volunteer

The Brain Injury Association of Idaho could not continue its work without the support of volunteers. The Volunteer program offers one time or ongoing volunteer opportunities.

Become involved in your area or statewide! A variety of volunteer opportunities are available to meet the Association’s mission and vision. Brain Injury Association of Idaho volunteers work on:

  • Health fairs
  • Public awareness
  • Information and Resources
  • Administrative support
  • Prevention activities
  • The opportunities are limitless!

Support Group Leadership

Providing opportunities for local support to people with brain injuries, family members and friends is a founding principle of the Association. The Association's goal is to assist Support Groups statewide. For information on starting a local group in your area, contact the Association office at info@biaid.org.
